Orders & Payment
We offer multiple payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, ACH/eDebit, and cryptocurrency. Payment availability may vary by user eligibility and compliance status.- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Commitment

Except where required by applicable law, any product that has been reconstituted, mixed, diluted, dissolved, opened, transferred from its original container, or otherwise altered after delivery is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.Reconstitution or other alteration materially changes the product’s original condition. After customer handling, VitaChain Research cannot verify the material’s identity, concentration, storage conditions, sterility, contamination status, handling practices, or chain of custody. For product-integrity, quality-control, safety, and applicable regulatory-compliance reasons, altered material cannot be inspected for restocking, returned to inventory, or resold.- Inspect the packaging, labels, seals, containers, and unreconstituted product before opening or reconstitution.
- Report damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or suspected defective products within 30 days of delivery and before reconstitution, with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when requested.
- Do not reconstitute or further manipulate a product that may be damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective.
- Do not ship any reconstituted or altered material back unless VitaChain Research provides written authorization. Dispose of it according to applicable federal, state, local, and institutional requirements.
6. Shipping
We ship orders within the United States using UPS as our standard and currently available shipping carrier. A different carrier or service may be used only when specifically requested before shipment and approved by VitaChain Research LLC. Alternate shipping requests are subject to availability and may result in additional shipping or handling charges that must be accepted and paid before fulfillment.Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable street address and monitoring carrier tracking. Address corrections, returns, or reshipment caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges to the extent permitted by law. Research Use and Regulatory Responsibility
VitaChain Research LLC restricts product access to adults age 21 or older who represent that they are qualified purchasers engaged in lawful in-vitro laboratory research. Eligible purchaser categories may include academic or university researchers, biotech or pharmaceutical professionals, contract research organizations (CROs), and independent or private laboratory researchers.
VitaChain Research does not provide medical advice, human or animal dosing instructions, administration guidance, therapeutic recommendations, or protocols for clinical, veterinary, household, or personal use. Researchers are responsible for consulting appropriately qualified scientific, safety, legal, and regulatory professionals regarding lawful procurement, laboratory application, documentation, and compliance.

VitaChain Research does not condone or promote misuse, misrepresentation of intended use, unauthorized resale, or diversion. Suspected misrepresentation, prohibited intended use, policy violations, fraud, or abuse may result in order refusal or cancellation, account restriction or termination, and other action required or permitted by applicable law.

Illegal Content and Prohibited Activity Complaints
Reports may concern suspected illegal or prohibited content or activity associated with this website, product listings, customer accounts, orders, payment activity, marketing, unauthorized product claims, product diversion, fraud, misuse, or violations of applicable law or VitaChain Research policies.
Submit an illegal-content complaint to sales@vitachainresearch.com with the subject line Illegal Content Complaint. Identify the specific webpage, product, order, account, transaction, communication, or other material involved; explain the alleged violation and relevant jurisdiction or legal basis if known; provide supporting evidence; and state whether the matter presents an immediate safety or legal risk.
VitaChain Research will investigate and resolve illegal-content complaints within 7 business days after receipt. Resolution means that we will issue a written decision and document any corrective or remedial action taken. When credible evidence establishes illegal content or unlawful or prohibited activity, VitaChain Research may, as appropriate, remove or restrict content, suspend or cancel affected transactions, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and notify payment providers, our acquiring bank, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities when required or appropriate.
If a report is incomplete, we may request additional information. Within the same 7-business-day period, we will provide the reporting party with the resolution, actions taken, or a written explanation of any information still required. Reports involving an immediate and credible threat to safety or unlawful activity will be escalated without delay. For this process, a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Submitting a complaint does not extend the deadlines in the Shipping & Handling Policy or Returns & Refunds Policy and does not waive any right or remedy available under applicable law or card-network rules.
