We currently ship using the following options:
USPS Priority Mail

Flat rate: $15.00

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information by email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and destination:
- USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: approximately 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier conditions.
4. Tracking Information
All shipments include USPS / UPS tracking. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
5. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
- Customers must be 21 years of age or older to place and receive orders.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue:
- Please contact us directly at admin@vitachainresearch.com within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.
- We will work with the carrier and the customer to investigate and resolve the issue.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost or materially delayed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or resolution, consistent with our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.
